Plans and Projects

The Plans and Projects (PnP) Committee works to advance Oregon Walks’ mission of:

Promoting walking and advocating for safe, convenient, and attractive walking conditions as an essential part of thriving, sustainable, and connected communities.

PnP members provide input on pedestrian-related plans and projects throughout the region by representing Oregon Walks on advisory committees, by providing written comments and/or oral testimony, and by giving feedback to Oregon Walks staff. The committee is made up of volunteers from a variety of professional and education backgrounds, including transportation and land use planning, advocacy, mapping, and communications.

We encourage community members, municipal agencies, and planning professionals to submit a plan or project that is currently under development and that you are seeking input on.
