We all know that NE Glisan St between 82nd and I205 is wide and straight and invites cars to drive fast. Neighbors report flipped and crashed cars and employees at the Montavilla Community Center report the Trimet stop at 82nd and Glisan gets hit regularly. However, Glisan is also a neighborhood street! Students from Vestal have to cross Glisan to get to school. Multnomah University students cross to get food, like at The Yard. Neighbors cross Glisan to get to the University and Park.
