Almost five years ago, we launched the ¡Let Us Build Cully Park! Campaign and partnered with the Cully community to transform a 25-acre landfill into a beautiful park. Developing Cully Park was transformative for our community by creating a place for kids to play, for tribal communities to gather, experience a shared garden, and combat the harmful environmental effects the landfill was producing. This is our chance to celebrate the beauty Cully Park brings to Portland and the incredible community efforts that brought this space to life.
