Join your neighbors for a community walk on October 21, 2023 – note the new date

Since its launch, over 150 neighbors have joined us for SW Strolls! Starting this month, these walks will transition to being led by SW Trails and be incorporated into their regular walks on the 3rd Saturday of the month. 

SW Strolls continues to be a monthly community walk. Connect with your neighbors every third Saturday of the month and discover hidden gems in your backyard! SW Trails will highlight a new route every month. October 21st’s route will start at the south end of Gabriel Park off Canby St and explore the trails to April Hill Nature Park. 

Meet at 8:45am, head out at 9 a.m. and finish around 11 a.m. Sign up on SW Trails’ email list for more information. Anyone is welcome to join a SW Stroll.

History of SW Strolls

These events were created in partnership with SW Trails, the Multnomah Neighborhood Association, Multnomah Village Business Association, local residents, and the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT). The original series highlighted two routes between Multnomah Village and Barbur Blvd, using SW Trail #7 for an urban hike experience and the brand new SW Capitol Highway segment for an accessible and paved option.
