Walk to Work Day

Make history with us! Please join us to celebrate national Walk to Work Day, April 6th 2012. This will be the event's inaugural year in Portland. The WPC, BTA, and other partners are organizing an event with four starting points in four parts of the city

We will have some light deliciousness at four meet-ups in the morning, then we'll walk downtown and converge on City Hall to enjoy coffee, light breakfast fare, and good company before you continue on to the rest of your day.

Following are the meet-up areas. We will have specific locations soon:

  • 34th & SE Belmont (with Rob Sadowsky, Executive Director of the BTA)
  • 26th & SE Clinton
  • N. Fremont & N. Williams
  • 10th & SW Stark
